These delicious pots are a fun play on the traditional banoffee pie.
They are easy to make and so pretty to look at.
Make sure you make the meringues well in advance.
75g sweet biscuits crumbs 3/4 cup caramel sauce 8 meringues, crumbled 1 cup cream, whipped to soft peaks 2 bananas, sliced
50g dark chocolate, grated
1. Divide the biscuits crumbs between 4 tall glasses. 2. Add layers of caramel sauce, meringue, cream and banana finishing off with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of grated chocolate. Serves 4.
